NorLand Announces New Senior VPs of Infrastructure & Industrial Segments

NorLand is pleased to announce that Paul Halliday has joined the NorLand Limited family as Senior Vice President – Infrastructure. Paul comes to NorLand most recently from Envirocon Environmental Services, ULC where he served as President & CEO, overseeing operations across Canada – he has been based out of the Vancouver office and worked closely with Envirocon’s offices in Edmonton and Calgary. Paul brings over 25 years of industry experience including a diverse background in operations, project management, business management, and finance. Paul holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree (B.Sc.) from U.B.C. and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Before joining Envirocon, Paul was also CFO for Allaire Group, a General Contractor and Developer of multifamily residential projects. Prior to that, he spent 12 ½ years with Hazco Environmental / Tervita Corporation.

As Senior V.P. Infrastructure, Paul will report to the President and will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business plan for NorLand’s Infrastructure Segment in alignment with its Shared Purpose, Mission, Values & Brand Promise. Business units within the Infrastructure Segment will now report directly to Paul and those within the Industrial Segment will report directly to Michael Radcliffe, now Senior Vice President – Industrial. Dan Meir will continue to direct operations at CanMine Contracting and report directly to the President as well. These changes are all part of a continued effort to enhance Organizational Consistency and Operational Flexibility so the organization can continue to grow and deliver meaningful solutions to its partners and clients.
