Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd. has been awarded a challenging demolition project at the Point Grey Private Hospital in Vancouver, BC for the McIntosh Construction Group.

This project includes the abatement of hazardous materials and complete demolition of the adjacent St. Vincent & St. Basil buildings, including a garage and associated foundations.  Additionally, this project also involves removal of concrete structural walls that create elevator hoist ways and removal of associated equipment, as well as concrete cutting to create new openings and tie-ins to loading ramps and hard landscaping.

All work will be completed while the hospital remains in full operation.  This project is LEED Gold, making for a challenging and exciting opportunity for our demolition team.
