CBC News Article on Fairview Terminals Expansion

Prince Rupert, B.C. welcomed the COSCO Himalayas, the largest container ship to ever dock in Canada, into the Fairview Port this past week. This marks a great achievement for the city’s international port; but more importantly, it validates the incredible work done by Gateway JV – BEL Contracting and FRPD.

“At 366 metres, the COSCO Himalayas ship is longer than Canada’s tallest building, the 298-metre First Canadian Place in Toronto, is high.” (Kurjata 2017)
