Cam Green is a seasoned executive with over thirty years in the construction industry, focusing on operations and business units across various sectors. He has a significant track record in project delivery, particularly in Western Canada. Cam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and completed the Next Generation Leaders Program at Ivey Business School.

Today is Dave’s last official day as NorLand’s CEO. On behalf of our Board and all the employees at NorLand and Indeqco, I want to express my sincere thanks to Dave for his leadership and the outstanding work he has done to build our companies into the formidable industry players they have become.
Chairman of the Board and Principal Shareholder, Sam Gudewill, announced that Paul Halliday will become NorLand’s next CEO. Paul will take over as CEO when Dave Reynolds retires this summer.
Paul has been with NorLand for the past six years and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure.
