Design / Build of (7) Washroom Buildings

In the summer of 2022, Copcan was the successful proponent for the design-build construction of (4) new washroom and shower buildings at BC Park’s Little Qualicum Falls Campground and (3) more at BC Park’s Miracle Beach Campground, near Courtenay. Buildings at the Little Qualicum Falls site was completed in June 2023, with work for Miracle Beach slated to start in Fall 2023. The buildings were designed and constructed in a way to minimize damage and maintenance while still being aesthetically pleasing.
