Shawna Little, CPA, CGA

Shawna Little joined NorLand in March of 2022. Shawna is an experienced financial professional in construction and real estate development and holds CPA and CGA designations. She leverages a broad range of multidisciplinary expertise in Finance, Information Systems and AI reporting in order to develop strategic plans that achieve comprehensive organizational goals. As a key member of the leadership team Shawna oversees NorLand’s Operations Finance team, providing reliable financial reporting, KPI’s for project management performance, and PBI dashboards. By ensuring that operations have the resources, support, training, and information required by the business, Shawna ensures that NorLand is successful and future-ready.
