Radiation Safety Officer
NorLand’s clients and partners benefit from trained and accredited Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) specialists that enable our team to provide specific services to maintain safe and healthy workplace conditions where suspected or proven presence of radioactive states exist. This attention provides protections to both persons and environment, ensuring compliance with the CNSC regulatory requirements.

Recycling
Waste materials produced by deconstruction and demolition projects create numerous recycling opportunities. We are committed to reusing or recycling as much of these materials as possible. Every year our crews help divert hundreds of tons of material from landfills. These materials include: concrete, asphalt, drywall, brick, wood, and compostable materials. Pacific Demolition typically reuses or recycles 80-85% of all waste materials.
