Shotcrete Shoring

Anchor & Micropile Drilling
Our fleet of modern casing rigs can handle any ground conditions to install tiebacks, anchors, pipe piles, and micropiles. The rig pictured here is our largest machine at 27 tons. It is a very powerful machine capable of drilling at almost any angle while achieving very high production.
Chemical Grouting
We are in constant collaboration with industry experts who provide in-depth technical expertise in the use of various polyurethane products to develop chemical grouting solutions to complex geotechnical problems. We can provide chemical grouting services to overcome challenges in soil stabilization and ground improvements, water cutoffs, ground anchors and environmental remediation.
Soils Management
The environment is a top priority at NorLand, our soils management practices and services reduce the environmental footprint of construction. We have experience removing contaminated soils from our excavation sites including hazardous waste, leachable metals, and more. Additionally, we operate a marine transportation loading facility strategically located close to service jobs in Vancouver and beyond, offering disposal services in accordance with environmental regulations. We also have experience operating fill sites for private landowners and developers, allowing us to provide effective disposal options for our third-party owners.
