Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the VersaCold Logistics Services Decommissioning & Demolition Project.  Located on Port Metro Vancouver land, this project will involve decommissioning, hazardous materials abatement and demolition of a four-storey cold storage warehouse, compressor building, single-storey light industrial building and two-storey light industrial building.  Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd.'s scope of work will also include a complete dive survey along the adjacent foreshore and working in sensitive marine habitat during the removal of suspended structures and associated piles.  Upon completion of demolition activities, Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd. will conduct site and foreshore restoration including placement of riprap and planting of vegetation.
