Dave Reynolds
President & CEO

Dave has been with NorLand for over 30 years.  Dave started his career as an apprentice heavy duty mechanic and is now the President & CEO of NorLand.  His wealth of experience with every aspect of NorLand allows him to connect with employees at every level and maintain an all inclusive team atmosphere.  In addition to his valuable contributions to NorLand, Dave has served as a Member of the Board for The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 115 Training Association for over 10 years and is also a Board Member at Construction Labour Relations BC after serving on council for 10 plus years.

Gergana Kouzeva, CPA, CA
Senior Vice President & CFO

Ms. Kouzeva joined NorLand in February 2019 bringing more than 20 years of financial management experience in the areas of financial reporting, internal controls, tax planning and compliance, financial planning and analysis, refinancing and restructuring. Prior to joining, Ms. Kouzeva worked at Ainsworth Lumber Co. Ltd. in various progressively senior leadership roles, most recently as the Director of Finance. In public practice, Ms. Kouzeva was a Senior Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice at Grant Thornton LLP. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.

Tim Doucette, CPA, CA
Executive Vice President

Tim served as NorLand's CFO from 2002-2021 and as Executive Vice President since 2016.  Tim is responsible for company finances including acquisitions, corporate strategy, partner relations, treasury activities, tax planning and accounting.  He is involved in numerous construction industry organizations and is currently the past Chair of the BC Construction Association Group Benefits Plan.  Tim is also a past Director of the Road Builders and Heavy Construction Safety Network. Prior to joining NorLand, Tim served as CFO for the Jim Pattison Group's Out of Home Media Division, Canada's largest outdoor advertising company.

Scott Bradley, P. Eng.
Senior Vice President, Major Projects

Scott has spent over 40 years involved in the engineering and construction of transportation and utility projects in Western Canada. Scott’s experience and familiarity with British Columbia’s physical and logistical challenges ideally position him to lead NorLand's pursuit of major infrastructure opportunities. He has overseen the expansion into partnering with large international and national contractors to grow NorLand's technical base to better serve existing and future clients. Scott represents NorLand on Executive Committees of major construction joint venture partnerships, such as the South Fraser Perimeter Road in Surrey/Delta, BC the Fairview Container Terminal Expansion in Prince Rupert, BC. and the Highway 91/17 Upgrade in Delta, BC.

Paul Halliday
Senior Vice President, Infrastructure

Paul joined NorLand as Senior VP of Infrastructure in 2017, bringing with him over 25 years of construction, heavy civil and environmental industry experience, including a diverse background in operations, project management, business management and finance.  He holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of British Columbia, and is a Certified Management Accountant.  Paul comes to NorLand most recently from Envirocon Environmental Services, ULC (part of the Washington Group of Companies) where he served as President, overseeing operations across Canada.

Gary Klynsoon
Senior Vice President, Industrial Services

Gary has been with NorLand for a combined 21 years, joining NorLand through the acquisition of Apex Industrial Movers in 1991. Gary began as a trainee and progressed through to Operations Manager by 2003. After exploring the heavy lift industry outside of NorLand, Gary returned in 2015 as General Manager of Apex and Pro-Tech. Gary is a red seal certified crane operator and a Professional Project Management certified leader, with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, team development, and a focus on safety-first operations.
