Building Exterior Upgrades

In the summer of 2019, Copcan was the successful proponent for the restoration of BC Parks’ CPR Pavilion heritage building on Newcastle Island, near Nanaimo, BC. The work involved the replacement and painting of various types of existing rotten timbers. Efforts were made in the procurement of new materials to ensure that they matched the characteristics of those existing to maintain a uniform façade.
