Conveyor Gallery & Boxcar Unloader

Pacific Demolition Ltd. completed the demolition of a decommissioned conveyor gallery and boxcar unloader in Vancouver, BC.

Our crews completed hazardous materials abatement and demolition while protecting sensitive marine habitat below. To eliminate any environmental impacts during demolition, large sections of the conveyor gallery were lowered onto barges and moved to a laydown area for final deconstruction, sorting and recycling. All work was delivered in accordance with applicable local, provincial and federal laws, regulations, bylaws and permits, including project permits issued by the Port of Vancouver.
