Haida Looplex X Canoe - UBC Faculty of Forestry's Forest Science Canoe

Pro-Tech Industrial Movers was tasked with moving and hanging the Haida Looplex X Canoe. This project was particularly challenging as the Canoe had no mounting points on it. Pro-Tech brought in a 3D modeling company to scan the Canoe as well as the mounting locations. This way they were able to ensure that the brackets could be made to fit and that the angle of the suspension cables would not have an adverse effect on the Canoe (worth in excess of $1M). Pro-Tech had a rigging and suspension plan engineered specifically for this project.
