Coquitlam Paper Mill Asset Recovery & Deconstruction

Pacific Demolition was contracted to deconstruct a paper mill in Coquitlam, BC. This project involved conducting a detailed hazardous materials assessment of all buildings and equipment as well as developing and implementing an abatement plan, staging plan, salvage plan and recycling plan. Our team was also responsible for obtaining all permits.

Pacific Demolition crews completed this challenging project, including the removal of 7-foot thick foundations and reinforced steel structures, ahead of schedule and without any safety incidents.
