Post-Tensioned Concrete Building Demolition
This complex and challenging project involved the deconstruction an 8-storey office tower in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
This project required extensive engineering and planning due to the building’s close proximity to other structures and post-tension cable style of construction. In order to reduce dust and noise, the entire building was shrink-wrapped during hazardous materials abatement and deconstruction of its upper floors. Our crews safely and efficiently completed this project with minimal disruptions to nearby daycares, businesses and the general public.
