Renovations of (2) Group Homes

In the fall of 2022, Copcan was the successful proponent for renovations to (2) of BC Housing’s group homes in Campbell River. The work included upgrades to the homes’ electrical and hvac systems, roof replacement, new decks, painting, flooring, and asbestos abatement. The work was complete in March 2023, within a condensed schedule, to minimize the time the tenants were required to be temporarily relocated away from their homes.
