Walmart Washroom Renovations

In 2016 and 2017, Copcan successfully completed “floor to ceiling” washroom renovations in the Port Alberni, Penticton, Prince George, and Terrace Walmart Stores. The work needed to be performed in phases so that one set of washrooms remained open at all times for customers. The aggressive timeline on each project demanded that our crews work long hours, (7) days/week, often at night to limit disruption to the stores patrons. Each project was completed on time and budget.
Over this same period of time, Copcan has been contracted to perform LED lighting upgrades in the bakery and deli areas of the Courtenay, Campbell River, Penticton, and Kelowna Walmart Stores. Additionally, we look after maintenance/repairs for all (7) of Vancouver Island’s Walmart stores on an ongoing basis
Our portion on each washroom renovation was approximately $200,000. The above stated, Walmart supplied all materials (plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile, grout, washroom accessories, toilet partitions, etc.) which likely would have doubled the actual construction cost.
