We Win Together

My name is Justin. I’m an estimator and project manager at Protech Industrial Movers. I’ve been here just over three years now, and what I love most is that every day brings something new. Every project and location throughout the Lower Mainland is always a different challenge, and that’s what keeps things exciting.”

Justin’s story reflects who we are at Norland. Every team member brings unique strengths, and together we achieve results we’re all proud of.

We are All Leaders

Yarden is an engineer-in-training at BEL Contracting, passionate about learning more in the heavy civil industry every day. Her enthusiasm, drive for excellence, and ability to tackle tough challenges inspire her teammates and move projects forward.

Since joining BEL as a project coordinator on the Highway 91/17 Upgrades Design-Build project, Yarden has had opportunities to learn about project management, surveying, quality control, safety, and software. Her attention to detail and collaborative mindset have made her a valued part of the team.

Her story shows what leadership means at Norland. It’s about taking initiative, stepping up to new challenges and bringing out the best in the people around you.

We are Open and Transparent

I take pride in my role as a shoring and pump foreman at Western Grater. My top priority is running a safe, well-organized jobsite, and I genuinely enjoy the daily challenges and the camaraderie we share. It’s an honour to be part of this team.

Teammates like Sean remind us why transparency and clear, open communication matter so much at Norland. Through clear and proactive communication and respect for one another, we stay safe and minimize the risk of incidents on our sites. We’re proud to work together, support each other, and celebrate each team member’s contributions to our shared success.

We Do What We Say

My name is Jessica Fletcher, and I’m an operator for Copcan. I work with some really great people, and I get to do a lot of really fun jobs, from civil construction to forestry. I’m always doing something different, which I really like. I started out in Alberta and worked in a company that started me from the bottom. I worked my way up, and now I run an excavator. I know I’m an example for other women who want to get into the field, and I think that’s really important. Give it your best effort, try hard, work hard, and don’t give up.”

Like Jessica, we work hard and strive to do what we say. This means following through on our commitments to team members, partners, and clients who rely on us to deliver. We’re a crew that you can count on.
