Today is Dave’s last official day as NorLand’s CEO. On behalf of our Board and all the employees at NorLand and Indeqco, I want to express my sincere thanks to Dave for his leadership and the outstanding work he has done to build our companies into the formidable industry players they have become.
Chairman of the Board and Principal Shareholder, Sam Gudewill, announced that Paul Halliday will become NorLand’s next CEO. Paul will take over as CEO when Dave Reynolds retires this summer.
Paul has been with NorLand for the past six years and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure.

We are thrilled to share the news that our colleague Nicki Wilson has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Safety Professionals in Canada by the Canadian Occupational Safety (COS) Magazine. This is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to Nicki's unwavering commitment to safety and wellbeing at NorLand and beyond.
We are excited to share that we have successfully raised $2750 for the GVFB Virtual Food Drive, thanks to the generous donations from NorLand employees and the company's donation match of $1000. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to Our Shared Purpose of Helping Build Enduring Communities, Together.
Sam Gudewill, Chairman of the Board and Principal Shareholder of NorLand Limited, announced that after 37 years with NorLand and the past seven years as President and CEO, Dave Reynolds plans to retire this summer.
We love what we do, and although we don’t approach our work with the expectation of a pat on the back, it’s always special when our Effort Gets Recognized, and it is a testament to how Passion Leads to Pride. Recently, Dave Reynolds (President and CEO), Brad Tangjerd (Business Development Manager), and Anibal R. Valente (NorLand Board Advisor and past Chair of Canadian Construction Association) travelled to Tucson, Arizona, to accept two awards from the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) at its Annual Convention.
